When we finished the bins ,customer said it's good and do next step ,but later he said his customer want to cancel , it's not our factory 's reason .it's from our customer's terminal customer want to cancel the order . we are customized factory ,we didn't make any stock models , when customer send order to us then we start to make so we also cost raw materials and labor costs to this order . Alibaba contacted this customer that he agreed we return some of payment to him ,after we return the refund to him ,and he wrote like this here ,it's not our problem .
